The entrance is also wheelchair accessible as well as the restrooms. Electric shopping carts are available for your convenience. Every time we have visited the store it was neat and clean and well stocked. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer great quality and value for your convenience along with low every day prices and sales and coupons and great deals. times and had nothing but great experiences. The staff, including the Manager, has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. The Pharmacy - seemingly very well-staffed - has been communicative, friendly and efficient, as well. If our family doctor places a prescription (across the street, essentially, at Franciscan) and we head directly to CVS, our order is often ready - if not, we typically wait 10-15 minutes. I’d classify that as a pretty solid logistical process. I have a 90-day recurring (refill) medicine - CVS sends me a text when it’s ready. Drive over, pick it up, pay, done. Best medicine refill process I’ve experienced. Compared to the major chain drug store across the street, this CVS is vastly superior.”

“EXCELLENT PHARMACY MANAGER!!! We were in town for our son at college who needed a prescription quickly. The dr. originally sent it to the Purdue Pharmacy but it was closed on Saturday when we got there. We asked the doctor to change it to Walgreens. The pharmacy manager took the time to not only fill the prescription quickly, but also called Purdue Pharmacy the following Monday to have them reverse the transaction so he could put it through to our insurance. He then refunded me the difference of what I paid, versus what I owed after the insurance paid. VERY VERY GOOD customer service!! I was very impressed! He was also very pleasant! Couldn't have asked for better service!”
