“Great location I'd you live north of downtown West-Lafayette. I work a night shift at a restaurant and this place is always open after shift, great variety of snacks and drinks and all that, and a lifesaver when target closes at 10.”
“I walked into the station, and Kikka had my order ready behind the counter. After checking my ID. I was ready to check out. She is the nicest person I have ever met. When you walk in I’m treated like family. Everytime I walk in on her shift I’m happy to see her.”

“Excellent Stop for Coffee and Service – 5 Stars
As an Uber driver, I visit a variety of convenience stores for a quick coffee between rides—and Village Pantry in West Lafayette has quickly become one of my favorites. The store stands out for its cleanliness, which is noticeably better than many other locations I’ve visited.
The customer service here is top-notch. Sam, in particular, provided outstanding service. Though our interaction was brief, She was friendly and personable, making my quick stop feel genuinely welcoming.
The quality of the black coffee was excellent—and at under $2, it’s an unbeatable value. For a clean, affordable, and pleasant coffee stop with great customer service, this Village Pantry location deserves a solid five stars.”
“Right next to cvs the motors in my skateboard shorted and sent me off of it going 29 mph. Lilly and Ana allowed me to use the store medkit for my wounds and wouldn't even accept a tip. Even though I didn't purchase anything, this store is awesome and has awesome people in it.”

“EXCELLENT PHARMACY MANAGER!!! We were in town for our son at college who needed a prescription quickly. The dr. originally sent it to the Purdue Pharmacy but it was closed on Saturday when we got there. We asked the doctor to change it to Walgreens. The pharmacy manager took the time to not only fill the prescription quickly, but also called Purdue Pharmacy the following Monday to have them reverse the transaction so he could put it through to our insurance. He then refunded me the difference of what I paid, versus what I owed after the insurance paid. VERY VERY GOOD customer service!! I was very impressed! He was also very pleasant! Couldn't have asked for better service!”

“5 stars for excellent customer service there was an item I needed that wasn't on the shelf and the woman working 3/13/25 around 2:30 went to the back and got it for me the store is going through lot right now it might not be looking like it should right now but I'd give 10 stars if that was a review on here and the other cashier Harley is always friendly and polite to the customers and handled the line of customers very well yesterday Circle K it's employees like this that keep the customer coming back.”
“Not sure why a number of negative reviews - would conclude it’s a very small percentage of total customer engagements. I’ve patronized this CVS (both for general items and pharmacy) probably 30-40
times and had nothing but great experiences. The staff, including the Manager, has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. The Pharmacy - seemingly very well-staffed - has been communicative, friendly and efficient, as well. If our family doctor places a prescription (across the street, essentially, at Franciscan) and we head directly to CVS, our order is often ready - if not, we typically wait 10-15 minutes. I’d classify that as a pretty solid logistical process. I have a 90-day recurring (refill) medicine - CVS sends me a text when it’s ready. Drive over, pick it up, pay, done. Best medicine refill process I’ve experienced. Compared to the major chain drug store across the street, this CVS is vastly superior.”
“Fairly good store for using dining dollars. It has various items to purchase but can sometimes be out of stock or have messy stocking. Otherwise its a convenient store for on campus. Also, the manager is super nice and friendly when I go.”
“Very happy with my recent visit to my local CVS. Due to an allergy attack, I had questions for the pharmacist. He was really helpful. Not only did he make recommendations, he took me to show me what I needed. I particularly appreciated this as my eyes were burning and itchy. This type of customer service is greatly appreciated.”
“Good selection of typical beverages and brands. The usual station with decent prices but Meijer has tightened the higher savings it used to offer compared to others. M-Perks is awkward to use and never feels it is worth the hassle. Meijer needs to get back to the better prices it used to offer on gas and ensure its rewards program is worth the time.”

“Good gas station with lots of soda options on campus. The only gas station that is on Purdue's campus, and they don't price gouge for gas prices. No hot food options.”
