First, the team is great. They know what they are doing, even though they have trouble sometimes in guiding us the right way. I wish they could have someone who's technically sound in all of your tools so that they can be trained accordingly, but their willingness to learn kind of negates that.

I'm always confused when mailing things, but the UPS employees are really thorough and reassuring. They check everything and do the complicated parts themselves.

I had an express delivery through UPS but unfortunately they sent it through the USPS although I talked to the representative and asked for a UPS delivery!The shipment was late although the USPS had a much better rate and better costumer service.

The location was very clean and orderly, it had a very welcoming feel to it. The lady who assisted me with sending my package was very nice and helped me all through the process and did what she could to get me the best deal. I was in and out quickly so I could get back to classes, which I believe is very important in my busy life. Overall some of the best customer service I've ever received.

Horrible Experience at UPS Store: Terrible Customer Service and Unhelpful AttitudeI recently visited the UPS Store and had an absolutely dreadful experience. The customer service was abysmal, with staff displaying a disgusting attitude and showing no willingness to assist me whatsoever.When I asked for tape, a basic necessity for packaging, they outright refused to provide any help. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.Overall, my encounter with the UPS Store left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you value good customer service and respectful treatment.

I’ve been going to the UPS store lately for returning my Amazon packages as the Amazon store on PMU has been closed. It’s nice that the UPS store just right there and leaving the Amazon returns is easy and staff is helpful and friendly!I also want to help highlight their edit in the timings. As of Oct 27, 2023, the store operates from M-F 8:30AM -7 PM, Sat 9-3PM and Sun 12-5 PM.

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I was unaware of the process and the lady assisting me was very helpful and patient with me, and also informed me of things I did not know. She made the process easier for me and in a very timely manner.

Friendly staff but........Don't go in there to have something faxed. $2.40 per page to fax & they will not tell you until after they have already sent the fax thru.

they charge everything $3 for printing label $1 for taping. At most one stuff serving all people. They even have lost my $1450 return what a joke.AVOID THEM! A1 Pacakge is 100x better.
