Well, after trying several times to get some issues resolved, here I am. We have had several issues with out carrier cramming packages into our mailbox, including fragile plants (a complaint was filed).... a package carrier hit my kids basketball goal on JUNE 9..... a report was filed IMMEDIATELY. I have been through the proper channels and have even filed complaints with consumer affairs with ZERO action being taken as to make the situation right! Our goal was more than 15ft away from our mailbox and the woman still hit it!!!! Absolutely disgusted in how this has been handled!

Very rude and useless. Not helpful at all. It's no wonder my packages get delivered to the wrong house. Never go to this location because they never will be able to help you and are very rude.

Horrible service, they don’t listen to anything you say and instantly catch an attitude when you tell them about package issues that are caused from THEIR side. They lost/misplaced my package and marked it as delivered with my other packages but didn’t deliver it. Guy at the counter seems to hate his job, literally made me lose my cool because he can’t comprehend simple questions and wants to pop his gums without actually listening. Horrible location

Lost my passport in the mail. My passport! I had to report to the US government, I lost my tourist visa to enter China, and lost 300 dollars because of this. This is an extremely precious document and they do not care.

I have been to this Post Office 2 times and have been disappointed both times. The man should not be in customer service he has the customers he likes but if you ask him questions or say something he doesn't like he treats you bad! He yelled at me today! I want to talk to your boss! ? All because my certified mail got sent back to me as undeliverable ? Do you think I got any assistance or an explanation ? I want my money back and next time I come in I fully expect an apology. Who taught you to act this way towards your customers? He even told me he wasn't going to help me send my letter certified after he berated me ? Sick people

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Worse service ever! My priority mail after drop off went straight missing, still says USPS in possession and do not have more updates!!!!! I paid 130$ for the shipment and got this? It was supposed to ARRIVE in 2 days!!!! Not missing for more than a week now!!!! If I could leave a -100 review on the website!!!! Staff especially the one who was Marine before was especially arrogant and ignorant! Very BAD attitude and service!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff! They are always willing to provide support for complex mailing transactions. They are usually short lines and a welcome environment. I was surprised to see negative reviews, but I bet those are a biased sample from people that have had issues. I have used this office many times over the last decade and have not encountered any problems.
