“This is a nice cigar lounge. I've been in a lot of lounges all over the country. Some have a great selection of product and a poor seating area. Some have a great seating area with poor air quality. This place has great air quality and awesome seating areas....all with a huge selection of cigars. If you're in or around the area Mike was working and is extremely knowledgeable. You should stop in for a stick or two, Hang out with your friends, or just relax by yourself. It's a great place and you should try it. You'll like it, I guarantee it!”

“Love this shop. I’ve been in around seven times over the last five months. Everyone working there is SO NICE and welcoming. Other shops on 82nd make you feel like you’re a bother and aren’t engaging at all, don’t tend to know much about the product, and just want you out the door. This shop is laid out really nicely, too. I enjoy the rewards program (best I have found), the friendliness, the vast array of many types of products, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get to. Get your goods and head a couple doors over to yummy bowl!”

“My go to cigar store (one of the few on my side of town that has premium brand cigars). Very good selection, from Acid/flavored cigars, to $20 sticks. The staff are polite and helpful. Two things I wish they would do is either update space or move to a new space close by that has more room for seats to smoke and socialize AND get better ventilation in the shop. There is a table with 4 chairs and if half are occupied with smokers it gets cloudier than a local bar from 1999.”

Edit: ignore the bad reviews for Vape. Vape is an unregulated industry compared to tobacco. Smoke a cigar, be a man.”
“Only liquor store I've actually enjoyed going too. Staff are friendly, make recommendations not pushing, and a really great variety of liquor and wine. Definitely feels like a nicer liquor store but don't feel like being up charged. We've particularly enjoyed their more unusual stock of liquers.”

“I’ve shopped this location a few times now, and I’ve had great experiences each time. They are VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and always have what I need. The only suggestion I have would be addressing the noticeable dog odor inside the store..fixing that would make the environment match the quality of service.”
