“This was my first time ever going here the other day and I really enjoyed it the guy that I talked to that was working was really friendly had pretty good knowledgeability of most of the items in the store that I had no idea what they were or did he was fairly knowledgeable and how to explain it to me in the easiest way he could that I didn't have to ask a whole bunch of follow-up questions about the products and the products they do have are really interesting and fairly price for most of the things and I have a decent little selection of edible and smokable products in store”

“I'm a little well a whole lot vanilla. Had some questions and wasn't going to google answers. Went to the store nervous as it always seems a female is the employee. Anxiety starts up but throws out the question in the most awkward way. The employee showed me the merchandise, answered questions I had. Helped with a beginner item selection. By then I felt comfortable enough to ask about another item. Which again she was polite normal tone, very accommodating. Rung me up and I was very happy with my experience.Thank you for your help.”

“Seen this place plenty of times but never thought about going in. My friend asked me to pick up a certain holiday whiskey and I knew they would have it. This place is huge! You can get lost looking at everything. It's so well labeled and easy to find whatever it is you need. You can also get rewards for what you buy by signing up. I left with more than I intended and will be back to look at more. The employees were very attentive and everyone I ran into a different employee I'd get ask if I was doing ok. I would say this is one of my top 3 spots to look for what I need.”

I do wish they were open later and expected all coupons oh and made sure the lil slide out thing was pulled back in after the person leaves so the next person could get closer because sometimes I can't reach when I have to put my money on there and get my cigarette and things. Also like the fact my grandchildren receive a sucker and my dog even gets a treat really sweet people that work there. ?”

“I was in town for work as a new Academy Sports & Outdoors being built.Stopped in here to check it out and have a stogie while working.Nice little shop and lounge.Great selection of cigars! ImpressiveThey have allot of cigar accessories from lighters, cutters, ash trays and other items.Worth the stop if in the area.But note the ventilation is a little weak and not allot of room for the lounge. But hey it works just fine!”

“Love this shop. I’ve been in around seven times over the last five months. Everyone working there is SO NICE and welcoming. Other shops on 82nd make you feel like you’re a bother and aren’t engaging at all, don’t tend to know much about the product, and just want you out the door. This shop is laid out really nicely, too. I enjoy the rewards program (best I have found), the friendliness, the vast array of many types of products, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get to. Get your goods and head a couple doors over to yummy bowl!”

“My go to cigar store (one of the few on my side of town that has premium brand cigars). Very good selection, from Acid/flavored cigars, to $20 sticks. The staff are polite and helpful. Two things I wish they would do is either update space or move to a new space close by that has more room for seats to smoke and socialize AND get better ventilation in the shop. There is a table with 4 chairs and if half are occupied with smokers it gets cloudier than a local bar from 1999.”
