“Love this shop. I’ve been in around seven times over the last five months. Everyone working there is SO NICE and welcoming. Other shops on 82nd make you feel like you’re a bother and aren’t engaging at all, don’t tend to know much about the product, and just want you out the door. This shop is laid out really nicely, too. I enjoy the rewards program (best I have found), the friendliness, the vast array of many types of products, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get to. Get your goods and head a couple doors over to yummy bowl!”
“Seen this place plenty of times but never thought about going in. My friend asked me to pick up a certain holiday whiskey and I knew they would have it. This place is huge! You can get lost looking at everything. It's so well labeled and easy to find whatever it is you need. You can also get rewards for what you buy by signing up. I left with more than I intended and will be back to look at more. The employees were very attentive and everyone I ran into a different employee I'd get ask if I was doing ok. I would say this is one of my top 3 spots to look for what I need.”

“I go out of my way to grab a vape or two here when I’m in the area. The younger guy who often works in the evenings is great— always friendly, patient and helpful. Extremely fair and competitive with pricing too.The first time I visited this business it was just a simple shack in the parking lot of a laundromat… It makes me happy/nostalgic to see how Xpress has kept pace with rapidly developing Carmel instead of getting pushed out of it. Keep doing what you’re doing, obviously it’s working”

“My go to cigar store (one of the few on my side of town that has premium brand cigars). Very good selection, from Acid/flavored cigars, to $20 sticks. The staff are polite and helpful. Two things I wish they would do is either update space or move to a new space close by that has more room for seats to smoke and socialize AND get better ventilation in the shop. There is a table with 4 chairs and if half are occupied with smokers it gets cloudier than a local bar from 1999.”

“Best cigar shop and lounge in Indiana, best prices I have seen and I have been to all the shops in Central indiana and they are the only shop with all the padrons cigars and rarely run out and if they do they get restocked fast,very friendly guy that works the day shift through the week ,I have never met the owner or their other gentlemen that works there . The lounge was nice and cozy and I wasn't able to stay and smoke ever yet but I went in for just a min and the guys sitting and smoking had never met me but talked to me and were very nice, I highly recommend carmacks ! I can't wait to be able to sit in the lounge and get to know the regulars and watch sports with them !”
