“I moved back into the area from Greenfield after 10+ years & had to find a new vape shop. I tried all the shops closest to my home & was disappointed. Either staff was unknowledgeable in the products I sought, or they just didn't keep coils I needed in stock after I bought what they had on hand.
Just Vapor always has what I need. I don't have to explain to the employees/owner what brand the coil I need is or help them find it on their shelves like the other shops in town. It's not the closest location to me, but I don't even bother going anywhere else now, because when I did, I always ended up at Just Vapor anyways!”
“Love this shop. I’ve been in around seven times over the last five months. Everyone working there is SO NICE and welcoming. Other shops on 82nd make you feel like you’re a bother and aren’t engaging at all, don’t tend to know much about the product, and just want you out the door. This shop is laid out really nicely, too. I enjoy the rewards program (best I have found), the friendliness, the vast array of many types of products, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get to. Get your goods and head a couple doors over to yummy bowl!”

“I go out of my way to grab a vape or two here when I’m in the area. The younger guy who often works in the evenings is great— always friendly, patient and helpful. Extremely fair and competitive with pricing too.The first time I visited this business it was just a simple shack in the parking lot of a laundromat… It makes me happy/nostalgic to see how Xpress has kept pace with rapidly developing Carmel instead of getting pushed out of it. Keep doing what you’re doing, obviously it’s working”

“We moved to Westfield two years ago but didn't find this gem of a shop until about 9 months ago much to our dismay.
The two-man crew is one of most knowledgeable yet friendliest I've met. I'm basically a complete nitwit when it comes to anything vape-related but they always answer my questions without fail.
Thank you Indy E-Cigs Westfield, it's by far one of the best Indy E-Cigs locations as well as *the* best vape shop in or around Indianapolis.
