So sometimes you may take a week or two to get an appointment to get a job done.”

It was important to Tim to squeeze us in and get her car safe to drive back. Upon inspection they couldn’t find anything wrong, but swapped the valve stem just in case, cleaned up the rim, and checked all the other tires— no charge. “I had my exhaust fixed. It was my first time using them. They were very friendly and helpful. They had to order the part that they needed so they took the time to weld a piece on to keep my muffler from falling off until they were able to get the part in which was the next day. I would highly recommend them if you are needing any work done.”

They have texts, emails and talk you through what is needing repaired. I had used other tire sale/repair businesses in Valparaiso in the past, but none compare to this business!!”

“I was traveling and hours away from home. Midas team got my car in right away, stayed 30 minutes after closing to finish my car so I could get back on the road that day. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. The only problem I had was my alignment was off after I got my car back. Since they were closed I had to drive my last couple hours like this. I’m sure they were Exhausted after all the work they had to do and they did it fast as they could so that I was not stuck in a city I did not know. I appreciate everything they did!”
“I blew a tire just off the express way in the way back from Michigan. Called Music Towing at the recommendation of some INDOT workers. They came to my truck in less than 15 minutes and towed my truck to the shop. Bruce advised my tire was bot fixable, but had a used tire in the size I needed. They mounted and balance the new tire in mere minutes. I was back on the road in no time. The price for the tow and tire could not be beat and their professionalism and speed is something I've never encountered before. Being as I was in a bad situation, they took care of me like I was a family member, getting me back on the road, safely, and at a great price. I cannot thank this Shop enough. If you are local, or find yourself broken down in Michigan City, please consider this shop. Thanks again!”

“I normally don't leave a review unless it's 5 stars. I have never been dissatisfied with a product from LKQ. But I have to do everything in person. Getting through on the phone is often unsuccessful with hold times often exceeding 20 minutes.G says they're open till 5 but they're only open till 4:30. Like I said I have never been dissatisfied with them. They are just hard to do business with because the phone system creates a bottleneck. Also, if you call at 4:40pm and are on hold the whole time, the recording will come on at 5 p.m. and tell you they're closed and hang up on you. Definitely could use some improvement there.”
