“Updated-manager called and was very courteous and resolve the issue.Extremely rude manager in service department. Called twice with questions about bringing in a van for pricing and was a big inconvenience for him. Maybe he was having a bad day..,don’t know but was totally uncalled for to be treated like this. Will gladly drive 30 extra minutes to go to a different Ford dealer to be treated normal.”

“I think the biggest take-away is that people will have something to say always. Bottom line is the services rendered by Moser is not only don’t right the first time but they are reasonable, extremely reasonable. I can’t say how pleased I have been with the work on my vehicles that’s been completed. Honest work done fast and at a fair price, I can’t say I have encountered many small automotive outfits that can be within these lines. I would send a single mother or teenage daughter here and not think twice about it because I know they will be treated right and not taken advantage of which is nearly unheard of. I’m proud of this establishment being in my hometown as they are a true representation of what integrity is and looks like. They had to repair the oil sending unit and pump. I received great customer care from Johnny and Brandi in the Service department. Thank you!”
“The Mrs and I had been camping near by and had the battery in our truck go bad (bad cell) found this location and heading there to get a new battery. Walk in and the nice lady came and took care of me promptly and got what I needed. Took the battery back for the core on our way home from our trip (3 days later) and another lady took care of the core and got my reimbursement handled fast and we were back on the road. We camp in that area several times a year and this will definitely be my go to place if I am ever in need of anything while we are in the area.”
