“Dave was very genuine and has a no pressure sales approach. No hidden add on fees. Vehicle pricing was as advertised and beat our area ( S.W. MI) enough to justify driving 2.5 hours each way.
Could have allowed more time with us on paper work and a vehicle walk through.
He also has excellent taste in music 🎵

“I visited Fieldhouse Ford for the first time after having a number of bad experiences with other dealerships service departments. I went in for a simple recall notice on my vehicle. They made the repair quickly and did not try to upsell me on anything. In fact, I asked about an additional service and they told me that they would do it if I wanted it, but it was unnecessary and I should just save my money. I have been looking for a service department I can trust, and I think I just found it. I highly recommend them!”
