“I have always found the employees to be very kind. I did, on one occasion, witness an event where a mother was let kids run around the store yelling and knocking things off. After being asked multiple times for her to address the behavior, there was a disagreement between this woman and the manager, where she acted completely unhinged and was getting unreasonanly close to him in a way I would consider threatening. This was all because he asked her to reel the kids in. As he should have. The kids were disrupting the shopping experience of everyone else. I think he handled it with great restraint and was glad to see him standing his ground.”

“I love Old Navy. I felt a little bad because when I got to the counter today the associate's tag said "in training" and I kinda put her through the ringer. I had half my order in person and the other half online because they didn't have my size in stock. Savannah was so knowledgeable though and did everything I asked just right. I will definitely be returning in the future.”

“Good place sales floor was a little bit a mess but there was a lady cleaning it all up and fixing the shirts that someone just threw around I ask her about razors I never seen the lol and walked right by them but with a smile on her face she took me right over and was able to help me with out questions vary help full and after I check out she help me donate to the kids in need after I done checked out I wanted to donate and she helped me right away good experience”
