Always suggest the climate controlled section. We can pull our truck in and unload. Thus the weather has no effect on loading or unloading.

“Things happen! How the issue is addressed by the business is how I measure service. Recently, a software glitch temporarily prevented access to our units. In our case, delays are very costly to the tune of about $150 an hour by having workers standing around. The manager “Douglas” took charge of the situation and resolved the issue immediately. He stayed with the issue until it was resolved and took the extraordinary step to notify me personally (after hours) as soon as it was resolved. Douglas is what every competent business owner hopes for in an ideal employee.”

“I have never had an issue with the office ir the facility. I just wish they had a trash bin available for patrons to use because occasionally I have to dispose of rodent droppings or mess from them chewing on my boxs, and I don’t appreciate having to put it in a bag and transport it home for disposal.”
“On Sunday 11/6/2022 the Public Storage in Brownsburg IN lost power to its gate. It wasn't possible for customers to open the gate using either by using app or entering code into keypad by the gate. After calling customer service, Hershey from the Georgetown Public Storage came to the rescue! She worked with tech support and got everything up and running within half an hour. Thank you Hershey, great job!”

“Quiet, secure and well-maintained. However, the units could be more-enclosed to prevent mice by installing 2x4’s at the gaps on the bottom of the surrounding walls of the unit as other storage companies have done.”
“Great people. I keep a classic car in one of their climate controlled warehouses. They are flexible, fair and will help you push your car out of the warehouse when it won’t start! They are in the process of installing lifts in the warehouse to better accommodate and stack for winter car storage. If you have car that you value, give them a call.”
“This is the only place I would consider renting from. The staff are great and easy to work with. I see a previous review where someone had to move their camper but I think that is due to a new building with more units going in. When I started renting a few months ago, there were only around 11 units left out of the 800 or so units available. So seeing that they are expanding is not a surprise. I was lucky to get the size of units I needed. I have used them in the past during a move and are using them now for a move. Again, I would not even consider using another company unless I was unable to get a unit due to being sold out.”
“Can't speak highly enough about this facility and the staff. I have just moved my belongings to the UK having stored them for 14years. The staff came in early to assist with the loading of my shipment as I had to return to the UK ahead of time. In being airconditioned, my belongings are still in great shape after this long period of storage.”

Moving trucks were able to navigate the driveways with ease, and moving carts were available inside each set of doors for customers to use. Secure place to store our furniture and all of our personal belongings between homes!”
