“online setup was easy an efficient. i received a welcome call shortly after securing a space. My only complaint is that I was told a lock (which im paying for) was not provided by the end of the day.....I had to stop by the office which was minor inconvenience which slowed down my day...but overall, easy experience, clean facility and grounds. I leased an indoor unit an its nice an cool inside while 80 degrees outside. Also, moving carts are advertised by none were located in the building where im renting a unit.”

He walked me through their options and prices to make sure the unit would meet my needs for the amount of items I planned to store as well as the length of time I would require the space. In addition, the facility is well maintained and very clean. I looked at a couple other facilities and this exceeded the others and offers better security.”

“Trudi went above and beyond to help. We just moved to the area. In need of the storage unit and the online process was super simple and easy to sign up. Unfortunately, I did get a little mixed up when I was reserving a 5 / 5 unit and got a 4 / 5 unit. Instead, and when I arrived, I realized it would not work. And I was having trouble navigating the place, I explained this to a trudy when she called to check on me.After I had some frustrations at the front and she helped me.And guided me through helped fix the problem.And was able to get everything fixed within minutes.And i'm very happy. I went from wanting to cancel my reservation in unit to now wanting to keep this place in my reservation in unit for as long as I need to. Thank you so much for all the help. Very nice and friendly and went above and beyond to help.”

“I have never had an issue with the office ir the facility. I just wish they had a trash bin available for patrons to use because occasionally I have to dispose of rodent droppings or mess from them chewing on my boxs, and I don’t appreciate having to put it in a bag and transport it home for disposal.”
“This is the only place I would consider renting from. The staff are great and easy to work with. I see a previous review where someone had to move their camper but I think that is due to a new building with more units going in. When I started renting a few months ago, there were only around 11 units left out of the 800 or so units available. So seeing that they are expanding is not a surprise. I was lucky to get the size of units I needed. I have used them in the past during a move and are using them now for a move. Again, I would not even consider using another company unless I was unable to get a unit due to being sold out.”

“Great people. I keep a classic car in one of their climate controlled warehouses. They are flexible, fair and will help you push your car out of the warehouse when it won’t start! They are in the process of installing lifts in the warehouse to better accommodate and stack for winter car storage. If you have car that you value, give them a call.”
“Can't speak highly enough about this facility and the staff. I have just moved my belongings to the UK having stored them for 14years. The staff came in early to assist with the loading of my shipment as I had to return to the UK ahead of time. In being airconditioned, my belongings are still in great shape after this long period of storage.”
