He was so apologetic and understanding. I looked at some other places and they all charged really high prices even though it was just a simple broken chain. Also, the owner (JOEYYYY) went above and beyond to welcome me and ask me about my needs. As I was there, I also got drawn to the wide variety of gold chains that they offer -- probably the most affordable and highest quality and best designs I've seen in a while.
