“My sister and I have been coming to this Binny's location in Hyde Park for the last couple of months and are never disappointed. If it's there, it's there, if not then either inventory is not in yet or it's at another store. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only downside I have a problem with are the way most of the customers treat the cashiers and even a few managers. I have dealt with my fair share of rude customers but at Binny's it's ridiculous on what I have seen. A lot of customers have issues showing their ID when it is a no brainer that they are in a liquor store and if they look like they are under 30, they are going to get carded whether they are buying liquor or not. Especially with regular customers, as if they wamt special treatment or something. The signs are all over the store, it's store policy, what do they expect? I have also seen how they yell, cuss, make false accusations and want to pick a fight with a worker because they are not getting their way or don't want to admit they are wrong. It's sad when I see the cashiers just stand there and take abuse. Of course, like many corporations, I doubt Binny's even care how their workers are treated as long as they are getting that almighty dollar. I get it's a business, but remember, the workers are the ones you need the most. Respect goes both ways, and speaking as a customer who actually acts like a 28 year old adult, I strongly suggest stop kissing these customers asses with attitude and obvious drinking problems and stand up more for your employees, do right by them. It's NOT hard.”

“Normally this place is okay but this visit I am not happy I had a coupon for $2.50 off one pack of cigarettes I was buying six packs gave the girl my coupon and she told me her register couldn't do the coupon so she takes it to the next girl at the other register. They stand there and talk for a minute then she comes back with my phone that the coupon was on and told me that it wouldn't accept the coupon... So I asked her to try just one pack now all of a sudden the coupon disappeared yet I still had another one for $1 so I told her just take the $1 coupon off this pack strangest thing she used her register and redeemed the coupon I immediately say it to her I thought your registered wasn't accepting coupons she didn't know what to say so I told her I hope you and your friend enjoy my coupon for the $2.50 off of their pack of cigarettes. Not happy with this crew at all!!!!!!!”
