“I had a chunk of tread missing out of my trailer tire with wires showing. The tire could blow at anytime. I was close to Elwood and an hour and a half from home. After stopping at one other place who didn’t carry trailer tires, I walked in Elwood Tire and explained to the folks at Elwood tire about my issue and they said “No problem! Pull your vehicle over to the side of the building and back it into the garage bay, We will hook you up!” They got on it right away and even found a similar tire to put on it that matched the others. All in all, from start to finish, I was only there for 30 minutes, No waiting around! These people were phenomenal!! Thank you everyone at Elwood Tire who worked hard, and helped get me on my way and back to work. You don’t find genuine people who are committed and compassionate to their customers anymore. This was such a relief.

“My son's car broke down on the way back home to Indy. Had it towed to D&L. He diagnosed the problem as a fuel pump and quoted a price of $500 for new one. Went to pick it up and proprietor told son problem was not fuel pump, but a clog in the air intake for fuel injection. Charged him $30 instead of $500. Honest and competent.”

They informed me that the vehicle wasn’t up to par with what I wanted as it was used and owned by a previous business who plowed snow so it was showing some age along with some body defects.
