“Neal provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced. He was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make the process easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work. Our family has been affiliated with Public Storage since 2001, so we’ve worked with the company for many years, and Neal stands out as one of the best representatives we’ve encountered. His positive attitude and willingness to help made for an excellent experience. Public Storage is lucky to have him, and I highly recommend working with Neal!”

“I have rented a lot of storage units in my life, and I must admit this has been the most pleasant experience. The most easy transition I’ve ever encountered , the units are clean and very well maintained. Your items are 100% secure. Customer service is shockingly amazing never ever experience such great customer service in my life From a storage facility, they are accommodating to ur needs and situation . I will most definitely be keeping my unit.. I’m just so baffled by how amazing they are and how beautiful the facility is kept.. the property manager is the kindest person, she comes off as very professional and cares about her clients experiences and safety at the facility.. I’m so impressed.. highly recommend if ur looking for a place with great prices, Clean and nice size units ,well maintained and Secure property and Phenomenal customer service, specially from the property manager.. I would give them 10 ⭐️’s..”

“I was very pleased with my rental unit. The price is no higher than most other places in the area. I could appreciate the cleanliness of the facility…no rodents seen, no piled garbage bins, and the office staff was very friendly. I would definitely rent from them again if needed. “They came on time, treated my furniture with care. I only had 4 large pieces to move from my apartment to my new home that was too heavy for my children to lift. They not only moved them within the 2 hr minimum but also moved furniture from my garage into the house that my children had moved there prior. Very friendly, courteous and fast, the best movers I have ever had and I would hire them again if I ever planned on moving again, which I'm not but I will recommend them to others.”

“This is the second time I have stored with this company. The first as well as when I moved in this second time it was owned by a private owner and was good but needed some improvements. When this new company took over it was a bit of a process. I had dropped off the payment physically at the unit just a week before I was informed about the take over and the new way to pay. There was a bit of a worrying feeling seeing my account in the red for so long while the money was unprocessed but had been paid. Thankfully the company was very understanding and helpful the entire time. I was calling religiously and I’m sure it got frustrating but they always made it feel like it wasn’t. They were even super understanding about me having to make a late payment after my bank account was compromised. I’m planning to be moved out this weekend but If (god forbid) I ever need to rent a unit again I’d definitely come back here again.”
