Winona Mercantile is a cute little shop in the Arctic connected to The Boathouse. It is a great place with great stuff and a cool little gift shop with a cute collection of many different things like teas, jewelry, seasonings, and toys. The shop has beautiful things that catch the eye. Employees are very helpful and kind. Some find the store extremely overpriced and too crowded with displays, making it hard to move, and discourage bringing children. Many recommend it as a definite spot to stop and shop if you are in the Winona area, often visiting for lunch next door and then shopping.

Great place with great stuff. Such a cool little shop, you gotta visit if you’re in Winona. Employees were very helpful and kind, despite some other reviews by other customers who must have been there at the wrong time.

Extremely overpriced and store is so crowded with displays that you can barely move. I discourage you from taking children into this store because there are expensive items that can easily be knocked off of shelves.
