“Came here today to play in the Star Wars Planetary Qualifiers and I am so grateful to have had such amazing hosts. They treated all the players with respect, the owners dressed up in amazing costumes to celebrate the occasion, and they were generous enough to provide food and drinks for the players since we were there for 12 hours.
The location is a good size, hosting over 100 people, and they offer a good selection of products at pretty reasonable prices.
I'm not from the area (Ohio dweller) so I'm sad to say that I can't come out here regularly, but as someone who visits many games stores I can say that the owners of this location truly go above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy. I travel for work and will definitely stop by here again the next time I'm scheduled for Indianapolis.”
“In store experience was 5 star, the staff was very friendly and informative. I purchased a power package engine, clutch ,carb,exhaust, water pump and anything else I needed. They assemble it on the spot while I waited, on my way to Oshkosh from Pittsburgh.”
“Great place they are usually fully stocked with items. The pricing can be weird at times, came in yesterday and no frames were on sale when usually everything is 40% off the regular price. Also the line can take forever sometimes unfortunately. But overall they have great items and I've been able to get some greats deals here and the products are great and the store is clean.”

“I have been in twice, and both times I was blown away by the level of service the manager here brings to the table. I know virtually nothing about Warhammer 40k and have been very curious about it, so I walked into the store, and he had the patience to answer all of questions with the utmost professionalism.The second time I came in I had even more questions. We sat down and he showed me how to paint a model and how to pick out a custom color scheme. It was really an interesting process and he was clearly excited about demonstrating it. While I was there, several other customers came in and his enthusiasm in helping everyone was very refreshing.Lastly, he did not attempt to upsell me on anything that you wouldn't need. He listened, he made suggestions, but he never tried to make you get a bunch of things you weren't interested in and wanted to make sure you didn't regret anything you would purchase. I got the impression that comfort was the name of the game.Excellent individual at business.”
