Kroger is a very good establishment offering thousands of quality food and household products. Customers note the great selection of fresh produce and vegetables, with everything looking fresh and the store being clean and tidy. The variety of prices and offers is appreciated. Most workers are described as polite, friendly, attentive, and grateful to help, with specific kindness noted in the floral and self-checkout departments. While the new self-checkout machines can be difficult to manage, the service personnel are kind and knowledgeable. It is considered an excellent one-stop place to shop for your pantry.
I am fed up with this store. Checkout experience at this store is truly awful. Self checkout at this store is a massive pain to use, constantly nitpicks, and on the belted self checkout lines help often takes several minutes to show up. Why do they make it so hard for customers to check out?
