“I no longer buy meat from Kroger. Moody’s in Zionsville is my go to for all my dinner proteins! Their chicken wings are so good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make a point of acknowledging me when I enter the store and remember my name. The store is very clean and always well stocked. I will be a lifelong customer!”

“Meijer is a great store to have around! Large selection of national and quality store brand products. Top tier gas at the pumps. Plenty of Tesla chargers, so it shouldn't be too bad to charge your car at Meijer. Stores are large, clean, and inviting.”

“I am in the processing of switching to Kroger Pharmacy / Boone Village. Jaime was extremely helpful getting scripts filled after a dental implant. The pharmacist was also very helpful in fulfilling my needs. My previous pharmacy was not personable and would put their nose in a place that I didn't feel it belonged. My doctor has suggested she's had other complaints about that as well. My stepdaughter is a doctor of pharmacy so I am well aware of my meds. That did not matter to the previous pharmacy. GREAT job Jaime and Miss Pharmacist. I apologize for not remembering names this morning. I blame it on the dental pain....LOL.”

“I have to say that I really enjoy shopping at the Kroger store in Boone Village, Zionsville, IN. Granted this is a flip store, having once been a Marsh from years past, but it gives those of us in the area a close and convenient option for a dated facility. The one thing I'm most impressed with is the store manager Dennis Cowen. My wife and I were looking for a particular item and he personally guided her to the location and showed her the options the store had to offer. When I commented on him showing her the product location and said he likes to show customers where things are. It's obvious he's detailed oriented and takes pride in her work. Another time I was shopping there I noticed he got one of his meat department employees and instructed him on dressing up the meat display. He was checking dates and product presentation and it was obvious he wanted to keep the display up to par. Haven't been a supervisor with the state police at one point during my 42yr span, I couldn't help but notice that Dennis cares about his company and the his employees in particular. I've often said that if you call yourself a leader and no one is following, you're just out for a walk. Dennis displays what is needed more so in business models to keep clientele coming through the doors. I had asked a cashier who was the manager for verification and she said there was a framed picture just outside the doors after she told me Dennis's name. I told her I wanted to write something up about the store but in particular on Dennis. She said that's so nice, as a lady had just left out saying she would never shop there again. I told the cashier that this was the very reason I wanted to convey my feelings, because in the public service or service industry as a whole, we so often don't hear the good things, but the negative things. Some people complain on any and everything simply because they have 2 lips and tongue. I also know you can have 100 atta boys and it only takes one 'awe $hiþ to wipe the slate clean. Thanks Dennis Cowen for what you do for Krogers and your customers!”

“Tiny store. Perfect for quick grocery run. I know they have trouble staffing the store but they are doing their best. Picked up a super cute Pride cookie cake tonight and it was delicious”

“Eddie in the floral department was fantastic. We weren’t going to be able to give our bouquet to our friend for a couple of hours. We were worried about our bouquet wilting, and wondered if he could do something to keep them well watered until then. He didn’t hesitate and spent the time to place a small vase of water on each and every rose. He was so kind and went the extra mile for us.”
