“We went in without any intention of purchasing a mattress in store, only wanted to test some out and get an idea of what we were looking for before buying one online as it was our first time purchasing one ourselves. Tyler (?) (I think that's his name) was so helpful in answering all of our questions, and made recommendations when asked but mostly let us wander and didn't press. We found a matress we both liked and found out they offer a 120 day trial with delivery and pickup if necessary, and decided to go for it. He walked us through the whole process of purchasing and made everything super easy. Will update this once we receive the mattress and try it out.”

“We bought this mattress three years ago after much thought and consideration. It has been very comfortable. When one of us turns over, the other one is not awakened or disturbed. We had some ongoing problems with the foundation and the first two times Randy and Rob took care of it in a timely fashion. The third time it took a little longer but I am fairly certain the problem is now solved and there will be no further complications. Randy and Rob were always very nice to work with. They continue to work to improve their product.”
