Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh is a remodeled store that offers a spacious environment and friendly service. Customers appreciate the fast service and the dedication of staff members. The business is actively involved in the community and is known for its delicious ice cream, drinks, fresh sandwiches, salads, and cooked meals like chicken and Alfredo. Many find the food to be better than that of many restaurants. However, some customers have noted issues with cash back for gas and experienced less-than-pleasant service from certain employees. Overall, it is a popular destination for great food and community spirit.
First visit to one of these locations. Very happy with experience. I will definitely visit again when the need or time arises. Thanks for the great service!

The remodel they did makes a lot more room. Mikey is great! Friendly fast service. I used to go to church in Altoona, I moved out of the area but stopped in and happy to see Mickey is still working hard and remembered my name !
