“Great purchase experience! Will was so knowledgeable about the products and very patient while we made our decision. Great salesperson and we are looking forward to our new mattress!”
“My son was shopping for a better mattress, as the Big Fig box mattress was why to firm. He know that mattress firm had Dream Clouds Mattress and wanted to tried one out in a store. John greeted us with a smile. He told us about the collaboration with Dream cloud. My son tried this mattress then tried a Sealy. Which he purchased along with a Purple pillow that John had him try, which he loved. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushing to get a sells, he knew the product would sell it's self. Store was clean and plenty of parking. I plan to go back to get me a new mattress soon.”
“We have used this store for our last three mattresses. They were super helpful during COVID when delivering one of our mattresses while we were movingFrom the sales staff to their delivery people, they are always professional and kind”
“Highly recommend Juna! We have had our Juna bed for 3.5 yrs. Wish we would have got our Juna bed before our sleep number. As we get older we need to make sure we have a good, quality and lasting bed and Juna is it! Looking at getting our son a Juna bed next to last him a long long time.”
“We had a warranty issue with our Sealy matress we purchased 18 months ago. Maddie and Jack at customer service and Eric and Jacob at Slumberland Ankeny were super helpful and professional. They made the process easy to understand and complete in a quick timeline. We have purchased several other pieces of furniture from Slumberland Ankeny and will continue to do so. 10 out of 10 with service.”
“They have good prices and the service is really really good. Got my mattress, box and frame delivered same day and Todd set everything up in 10-15 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! Awesome!”
“I love to shop local and these folks exemplify everything great about doing that….helpful, friendly and going out of their way for their customers! Well done!”
“Available salespeople but no high pressure sales. They cooperated with what I was looking for and didn't try to force me into an upsell. I was quickly and easily able to find a mattress that I was happy with at a very reasonable price, and i got a fair price on in home delivery too without a long wait for scheduling. Leon Kile was the perfect combination of knowledgable, helpful and low pressure. Will definitely go back for future needs.”
“I have to give this place a five star, I just recently got a new bed from them and my my it was perfect for me to help me figure out the bed would be perfect for me in the right size We have really good pricing and especially since I went there will they have one of their pretty good deals I got A pretty good price on a twin size bed The workers here are extremely plate they're very good at their job and they know what they're talking about. I definitely would recommend coming here and trust me when they say they want you as a lifelong customer they really do their best definitely will be coming back here for any furniture needs of my future!”
