This place is a joke. Service gets worse every time I do business with them. Save yourself time, money and your sanity, go to MHC Kenworth. My most recent visit I spent almost two hours just waiting for the paperwork to be completed so I could pick the truck up.

The service department is a joke. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Had an appointment for an alignment only to get turned away because they didn't have a tech available to do it. Glad I drove over an hour for nothing.

I went in to pickup a part. They did not have what I needed. But, they were able to tell me what dealer, along my route, did have it in stock.

Take Exit 89 (Corporate Woods Drive) off Interstate 35 and follow directions to 5825 SE Delaware Avenue, adjacent to Sam's Club.
Our new dealership has 24 full-service bays, an expanded Parts Inventory, and a selection of new and used Peterbilt trucks.
