“I went to this Lids location to get a Christmas present for my husband, and I honestly had avoided this store in the past because of previous management. The experience back then just wasn’t worth it.

This time was completely different. The new manager is a total 180 in the best way possible. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a smile, asks how she can help, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Even though she was the only employee working, she was incredibly attentive, helping everyone in the store without ever making anyone feel rushed or ignored.

She was efficient, knowledgeable, and still took the time to ask all the right questions to make sure we found exactly what we needed. Even as the store got busy, her attitude never changed. That level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition.

Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location. She made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.”
