“Stanton 119. Great location as it is across the street from ISU campus. It is nice for a college apartment sometime can get loud, but not terrible. They do a good job cleaning and keeping communal spaces welcoming. Complaints: had problems with heating when in the negatives, half the time dryers do not work. I lived there for 2 years and enjoyed my stay. More benefits than downfalls. Campustown staff always willing to help.”
“I am starting my 3rd year renting from FPM. They have been amazing! They are super prompt at helping with any issues with my unit. The maintenance guy Greg is absolutely wonderful (my dog loves it when he comes over). Every time I have been in a bind in the past, they have always been so kind at helping me. Almost all issues were resolved in quick time frame, the free coffee is perfect for healthier addictions and the effort put by staff to manage everything with a smile is very appreciated.
