Didn't charge an application FEE ?.Allows us to have animals if we want?.When my company went on strike they worked with us on rent. ?.If I ever have a maintenance issue it is always addressed. ❤️3rd year tenants we are grateful for FPM and there awesome Maintenance Staff.

Best apartment I've ever had. Compared to other places the service is unbeatable. Some things can't be fixed but overall the management is good and I would highly recommend staying in the sunset beach area.

Very easy to work with, nice people. It was easy to set up a tour, the signing process was simple, and a great value apartment so close to campus. Definitely recommend.
