“We purchased the new washer on March 16th, in the afternoon. They delivered it at 9:00 am on March 18th. They removed the old washer, then installed the new unit. They did a test run, and it worked great! They were done and gone by 9:45 am. We paid a modest fee for delivery, install of the new unit, and removal of the old. Some places charge almost as much for that as for the washer itself! Ken's has always treated us well (we bought our previous washer from them, and they fixed our dryer) and we appreciate that.
