I tried to set my expectations low for how my car would look after parts were replaced, but if anything, it looked better than when I brought it in. Very personable staff, and when I noticed a panel had broken off during repairs, they replaced the part and fixed it for free. Big fan of the way this company does business.”

“In my experience, this shop is quick and easy. While they might not be the lowest price you can find, they stand by their products, and the one time I had to take advantage of their 1yr warranty, it was fast and painless. The current car battery I have (from them) is going on 4 years, and was recently tested by them and given the all-clear…they were honest about it and didn’t try to over-sell me on a new battery. Appreciate being able to trust them with my machine battery needs.”

“I had the best service at this particular Auto Zone due to a gentleman named John. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and asked me if he could help me find what I was looking for. He also taught me the difference in the item I needed and to make sure I that I picked the correct one by looking my car up in the computer. He went that extra mile that people just don't do anymore and they should. I highly recommend going to this Auto Zone located in Ames and maybe you will get the same service and kindness as I did from John.”

“Bought 4 new goodyears reliant tires on cyber Monday great price on them +install. I showed up 20 mins before my appointment they got me in on time did the tire change, installed new tmps services pack ,balance tires and relearn the sensors and set tire to recommended psi in the 1 hour time slot. They were steady busy. I was so worried about have them install tires on a 2024 rav 4 awd with all the low reviews, but they did a great job. Thanks Eva and John tire tech for a great job yesterday. Will diffently be looking at tires here again in the future.”
