“I stopped into O’Reilly Auto Parts because my car alerted me to check the coolant level, and I honestly didn’t even know how to open my hood. Christina helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful.
She could tell right away that I wasn’t familiar with car maintenance, and instead of making me feel awkward or rushed, she was incredibly kind and patient. She helped me open the hood, checked a few things with me, and then took the time to show me some basic but really helpful tips—where the coolant goes, brake fluid, oil, and even how and where I’d jump the car if I ever needed to.
