Quick, attentive, honest. I thought my son's tires were shot and needed replaced. They showed me a like for like tire to show me they were actually fine, and just needed new inner tubes. No over-selling.

Bike World was very helpful in helping me get back out on the road for the first time in years! Joe, Steve, and the gang are the BEST. They do excellent work and they do it professionally. They never have that condescending attitude that seems pervasive in bike shops and record stores. Five stars across the board!
