Always helpful. Always precise. Know me and my bikes/trikes like I know my kids and grandkids. I would enjoy going to their shop even if I was not taking a bike in for repair or tuneup. They work on all my stuff twice a year like clockwork. Like the dentist, but without the discomfort.
