The time I was in town to visit family, I brought my computers (personal and work), but had forgotten a mouse for one and needed a case for the other. In this case and in others, Best Buy was a good place to pickup these items and other misplaced accessories.

We bought audio equipment from Best Buy and used the Geek Squad for installation.. Ricky was the installer and we found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and was he able to install my car radio and an amplifier in my fiancé's the same day of purchase. He did an outstanding job ! Thank you Ricky!

I took my laptop that was not starting properly to their tech support (geeksquad) section, and they were very very helpful! They gave me advice for free and I was able to fix the issue. Thanks Best Buy! Thanks Geek Squad
