I have been trying to reach ICS about my internet being down all morning. I have called legitimately 21 times so far. If I don’t get a busy signal right off the bat, I am placed on hold for 5-6 minutes and then the line hangs up on me. Although I haven’t had many issues to need to call about, if your internet does go down expect a very frustrating process that will take literally hours to get ahold of someone. No outage listed on the website.

Rogelio is the best! They need to pay this man more money. He not only found the root of my complicated cable issue but he also replaced the splitter and ensured that every aspect of my digital cable was up to par. Will turn to 5 star when they give this man a raise or another company poaches him for his expertise

I pay for a service that is down for hours at a time every other week. Support provides no information on the constant outages. Worst ISP that I've had to deal with.

ICS has been my internet service provider since I moved to North Carolina. Every time I have had ANY issue or question that I needed answered, the technical support team (most recently, Gavin and NoVice) have been AMAZING.They are friendly and guide me through troubleshooting and resolution efficiently every time.

Super helpful! Made sure to fix all my issues before leaving. I didn’t even know I was supposed to have nearly one gig of internet but after Rogelio had me run a speed test and noticed I only had about 100 mbps he quickly fixed the problem and now I am getting right around 1 gig!

Rogelio and the other technician were fantastic. They worked well together and reestablished my Internet connection. They also went above and beyond to assist in hooking up my new router. Great service.

I am a new customer. When setting up my internet I had questions and a self created problem. They had me up a running in less time than it took to cancel my previous provider. I was very impressed with the service I received. Thank you!

Wifi is not great but im giving 5 stars because these guys will go above and beyond to help you any way they can. They are empathetic, kind, and personable, you don't see that very much these days. Thank you for being so great to work with.
