“Excellent service with sales department as well as delivery. We opted to exchange are king with adjustable base for a split king with adjustable base. No hassles with the exchange only a minor snafu with scheduling. Once that was worked out it was smooth sailing the rest of the way.Both times the delivery and setup people (same people) were very respectful and very helpful with the process. No complaints with Midwest Mattress at all. Should I need them again, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.”
