“I had won a $5.00 gift certificate from completing NIELSEN TV SURVEY. they gave us choices where: i chose ACE!
i went to use that today from my iphone could NOT find it anywhere.
clerk was so patient with me; sorry i don't remember his name!
he waited on other customers from the other cash register while i looked for the email showing $5.00 certificate.
that was great customer service and not making me feel bad for not having it ready ahead of time.
ace has ALWAYS had wonderful employees who VOLUNTARILY ask us if we need help in finding what we need!! way to go ;)”
“With our future child on the way, me and my wife wanted to paint our nursery room. We’re not too familiar with paints and painting tools. Derek was very nice and helpful when it came to helping us choose the right type of colors to our liking. Thanks to him, we’ll be coming back.”
“Great store with knowledgeable staff & quality paint and supplies. The only place in Ames that stocks my favorite short comfort grip paintbrush - so perfect for cutting in and doing trim.”
