“I had won a $5.00 gift certificate from completing NIELSEN TV SURVEY. they gave us choices where: i chose ACE!

i went to use that today from my iphone could NOT find it anywhere.

clerk was so patient with me; sorry i don't remember his name!

he waited on other customers from the other cash register while i looked for the email showing $5.00 certificate.

that was great customer service and not making me feel bad for not having it ready ahead of time.

ace has ALWAYS had wonderful employees who VOLUNTARILY ask us if we need help in finding what we need!! way to go ;)”

“Stopped in after church Sunday morning to see it they had fuel line for weedwacker. Local big box store did not. Lots of folks working at store eager to assist. I got my fuel line and went to check out. Lady in front of me was getting a key cut. I asked if they could cut a key for my 2010 Scion. They could. Local Big Box store could not and local dealer wanted $20 for a key. This is a standard key without a chip. Ace cut me key for $2.99. Great service and great value! I note they are now a Stihl Dealer so I have another reason to stop. I will be back!”
