They do such a great job and provide services and meds for totally affordable prices. The dog is taken care of, I'm greeted and treated with kindness. Honestly, I look forward to visits and couldn't recommend more highly.”

“I unfortunately have had to be at here with 2 horses this year. Both ended in euthanasia which was absolutely heartbreaking in both situations. I wish I could remember the veterinarian's name who treated both my horses because I have nothing but kind things to say about her. She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, understanding, and so so kind. She very clearly explained the facts in both situations and supported my decision and really just gave me alot of comfort being up there alone having to make these horrible decisions.The times I have interacted with the front desk staff they have been very friendly as well and polite on the phone and in person. I won't go anywhere else for an emergency and honestly I think it is quite affordable given the level of care I received here.”

“Amazing place! I have both been to and worked for several vets in my life. And I felt like this was one was one of the best! Even though I was early, they got me in a room right away which helped my cat’s stress. The staff was very kind and patient with my angry cat. They took my concerns seriously and ran the price of diagnostics by me before continuing to make sure I was okay with it all. The vet (Dr. Dovenberg) was very knowledgeable and was great to explain in detail her findings. When she sent me home with meds, she first double checked any medication interactions that could be a problem with the medications my cat is currently on. I felt like that was an extra step that I don’t see done very often and I really appreciated it. My cat’s issue is on going and I plan to be coming back to this vet for his continued care. I trust them with my pet.”

“I have brought my (almost) 8 year old dog here since I adopted her at around 4 months old. She was diagnosed with cancer recently and had surgery to remove the tumors. The staff was honest and transparent about pricing estimates and made sure I was aware of what my options were. They were compassionate and kind throughout the entire process. The surgery was successful and they were able to remove all of the cancer and my dog is back to her normal self. I can not thank the staff enough for all they’ve done for us throughout the years.”

“We had an incredible experience with the ISU vet hospital. We adopted a German Shepherd rescue who has separation anxiety and was pretty severely underweight. They got us in for an appointment within a few days of adopting him and our customer service and care experience was above and beyond. One of the fourth-year ISU students took care of us and she was great, as was the Vet Dr. Jennifer. They were very honest with us but also provided a high level of care. You can tell they care about the animals they serve and are a highly trained team of vets. It's always an added bonus to be able to visit a facility that has students in training--you get the best care all around!”

The entire team, from Kyrie at the front desk to the surgeon, Dr. Tsoi, and DeAnna in rehab, was welcoming and communicative. Post-surgery, Dr. Tsoi provided spent significant time explaining the surgery and ensuring I had no questions. DeAnna showed genuine compassion for my dog and passion for her job.
