The clinic offers annual check-ups, vaccinations, and routine medications for various pets, including dogs and cats. Clients appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Ricklefs, who takes the time to explain treatments clearly and addresses concerns without rushing. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, and compassionate, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
