“I have been here hundreds (probably:) of times over the years this store has been open. Each and every time has been a 5-star experience for me. They always have what I need (plus a few things I didn't know I needed until I saw them), and my consignment loving friends like to receive a gift card for Christmas or birthday. Megan is always so friendly, and she and her daughter can always find something perfect for me when I tell them what I need!”

“Super cute store, the clothes are super nice and high quality. I did find it uncomfortable however that we were followed around the store (I’m guessing to watch for shop lifting). I understand the concern but it was frustrating and made me feel out of pocket. Everyone was friendly just made me feel uncomfortable.”
“Stopped in while waiting on a vet appointment. Lots of fun and affordable used clothes. Great for all ages and sizes. I was impressed with the amount of selection and it was well organized.”
“I went to the check out with my items and told the cashier I had gotten a pair of jeans off the clearance rack but there wasn't a price tag on them. She told me they got put on the wrong rack and were actually full price. I wasn't upset, didn't fuss about it, but right away the manager heard and piped up, telling her to give them to me at the clearance price. That is a level of customer service you do not see anymore. Beyond impressed. Ames, IA.”

“I was very happy with my experience at JC Penney. The JCP Associate, Cam, took his time to explain the sizes of the suit jacket and the different brands that I could look through. He then showed me the suit pants,button up shirts, the dress shoes, and ties.
He was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had asked.
I was happy with my experience at JC Penney and I will definitely be back to shop again in the future.

“I received the BEST most INCREDIBLE customer service from everyone in the store today. It’s been YEARS since I have received service like that.
I was desperately in search of jeans that fit. Low rise in particular. I went from sobbing in the dressing room to happy tears in my way out with 2 pairs that fit! (They found me a cute shirt even too!)
I wish I could give every single person who helped me a big huge hug! They can’t possibly know how wonderful they made me feel. They kept reassuring me it would be okay and they would find something, and they did. Thanks guys. Seriously ? they deserve a raise or at least a pizza party…

“I would highly recommend Ivan at the checkout lane at the Ames Iowa Kohls store. He was very knowledgeable about the coupons available for the Labor Day weekend. He also was extremely careful in wrapping the candles I purchased so they wouldn’t break on my way home.”

“Lovely store, wonderful candles, friendly staff, and amazing customer service!! I love this store and their candles! Their customer service is top-notch. I ordered some candles after Thanksgiving during their sale, and when the order arrived (very quickly, I might add), I had received someone else's order. I called the store and they told me to keep the candles and they would send me my correct order immediately. I received my order a couple days later. I am so impressed with their customer service and products - they now have a customer for life!”
