Customer service was really good. I did have quite a wait after I had gotten back there in the chair. The dentist was not as bedside mannered as what I had hoped for at least stand in front of me introduce yourself and everything first.

Poor teaching after extraction. I am on a fixed income, my decision was based on cost.

Long waiting time once in the dentist's office. It took me 11 months to get my partial dentures done and still feel somehow uncomfortable. I guess things could have been done in a more satisfactory way.
