Very shady billing practices. I was told one number at the evaluation for two procedures, then after coming back for one I was told it would be almost double the initial value. Now a month later I am getting a bill in the mail that says it is even more (about 10% more). They also currently only have one dentist on staff so expect appointments to take multiple hours. Find another dentist.

Apparently it is acceptable business practice for this dentist office to accept payment in full the same day that services were provided and then submitting a second invoice more than six months later, and in the next calendar year.

Customer service was really good. I did have quite a wait after I had gotten back there in the chair. The dentist was not as bedside mannered as what I had hoped for at least stand in front of me introduce yourself and everything first.

Not happy with this place. Feel like customer service or patient care could been way better. This is NOT a dentist office at all! It’s a money grab and that is all. They wanted ridiculous amount for cleaning my teeth. Not recommended. Stay with your neighborhood dentist office.

Long waiting time once in the dentist's office. It took me 11 months to get my partial dentures done and still feel somehow uncomfortable. I guess things could have been done in a more satisfactory way.

This was my first time coming in and I came in for a broken tooth. Usually I'm good about reading reviews before trying a new place too. Anyways, the ladies in the front were super nice and welcoming, but I was there for quite awhile with a lot of of sitting and waiting. While waiting, another patient came in and they couldn't find his appointment even though they had proof. When it actually came for Dr. Yuan to come in, he was completely straightforward and not welcoming. He never said hi and introduced himself, there was a piece of paper hanging up stating his name. He asked me the last time I seen a dentist and I thought he rolled his eyes at me. I'm sorry, but you don't know my personal life. He also found a couple cavities and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted those fixed to, just told his hygienist to put it down. When it came time to actually check out, I had to wait some more in the room and the hygienist would come get me. When she did, she told me to go wait in the lobby again. Why? They stated that they go through a traveling oral surgeon, and they quoted me over $7k for everything in the procedure. I just received a copy of the quote.

I needed an emergency extraction. They didn’t accept my insurance and charged me for an exam that I declined. Total out of pocket for one tooth was $600 but due to the pain they knew I didn’t really have a choice. Office staff was very nice though.

Today was consulting day with Xray and a visit with the doctor. I'm impressed on the professionalism of my entire experience. Having shopped around the last few days I'm totally going with Aspen in Ankeny, IA. Going for a full set of replacement dentures. Great financing options which I took advantage of.
