Best Buy, a popular electronics retailer, offers a mixed customer experience according to recent reviews. While some customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, others find the employees overly pushy when it comes to upselling additional services and products. The store's selection of electronics, including computers, DVDs, and video games, is generally seen as good, but one customer was disappointed with the limited options. Customers also have varied experiences with the service desk staff, with some finding them unhelpful or disinterested, while others receive the assistance they need. Overall, Best Buy seems to provide a decent shopping experience, but the level of customer service can be inconsistent across different locations and employees.
Way too aggressive with their greetings. It feels like they just want to get you in and out and make sure you know they're watching you. We used to shop a lot more here when they weren't so pushy to show you around to everything. Getting rid of their points system was the change that switched me over to Amazon.

They did not have the laptop I was interested in stock at the time. We discussed their 3rd party option.

Lives up to its name. Best electronics. Best prices. Best service. This was my first ever visit to a Best Buy store. There was a really good range of tech stuff and other related goods. We were able to replace a few gadgets that are expensive or difficult to get in our hometown. Nice experience.
