I only wish they offered window well cover installation too. But overall had a great experience!”

“Amazing customer service for hard to find parts!
We have a house with a patio door that we were unable to determine the manufacturer of. It needs some new parts (e.g., hinges), and they are beyond hard to find when you don't know who made the door.
Two of Moehl's staff were extremely generous with their time to help us identify the actual manufacturer of the door. They had the honesty and integrity to tell us that they couldn't provide parts for our door (once the manufacturer was determined). They sell parts that are extremely close (but not a fit), and they didn't try to push a replacement door (our last resort to repair the issue).
Instead, they identified the manufacturer and we are in the process of obtaining the parts we need from the manufacturer.
