“Amazing customer service for hard to find parts! We have a house with a patio door that we were unable to determine the manufacturer of. It needs some new parts (e.g., hinges), and they are beyond hard to find when you don't know who made the door. Two of Moehl's staff were extremely generous with their time to help us identify the actual manufacturer of the door. They had the honesty and integrity to tell us that they couldn't provide parts for our door (once the manufacturer was determined). They sell parts that are extremely close (but not a fit), and they didn't try to push a replacement door (our last resort to repair the issue). Instead, they identified the manufacturer and we are in the process of obtaining the parts we need from the manufacturer. The exceptional customer service that Moehl Millwork provided will bring us back to them in the future.”

“I called in and Ty did a great job helping me with getting a window well cover for my new home! They even went above and beyond since I hadn't realized it wouldn't fit in my car and helped me get it home! They followed up on warranty information as well. I only wish they offered window well cover installation too. But overall had a great experience!”

“Oh man! That dude Caleb is awesome. I’m a new driver and never would have been able to dock if he wasn’t there to guide me in. That’s the kind of service other shippers need to learn from. Thank you again for the help!”
