    People love to talk bad about this property but it's actually pretty good. I mean it is student housing so there are always going to be some issues, mainly caused by other residents that mistreat the building and surrounding area. If any issues come up management is always super quick with handling things too.

    Decent dorm, management nice. That's about it.

    Honestly not as awful as a lot of people say. Management was quick enough to fix the clogged shower.
