“Very very quiet place to live!! I’ve lived here going on 2 years and have never seen the cops called out not one time for any drama. Office people are quick to help with anything you may need. HUGE shout out to the maintenance team. They all are amazing guys who are fun to interact with but are super fast at all repairs and clean up after themselves. Good guys! The grounds are well kept and always kept clean of trash. The apartments are very pretty inside and well insulated so the electric bill isn’t sky high while running the central air or heat during the winter. Electric fireplace is really nice in the winter too:-)”

“I’ve been a resident at Prairie Lakes Apartments since June 2018, and after all these years, I can genuinely say that this place has become much more than just an apartment—it’s home. Over the years, I’ve experienced many great moments, made countless memories, and have had the opportunity to watch the community change and grow.

Like any place, there have been times when things weren’t perfect, but what has always stood out to me is the willingness of the management team to listen, communicate, and work toward making things better. That makes a huge difference when you’re somewhere for as long as I have been.

I especially want to recognize Kristina and Brian for the outstanding job they do. Having a management team that is approachable, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to the residents makes living here a much smoother experience. They do a great job of communicating with residents, addressing concerns, and helping create an environment where people can truly feel comfortable calling Prairie Lakes home.

After more than eight years here, I have a lot of memories connected to this community, and I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve had. Prairie Lakes has been a significant part of my life, and I appreciate the sense of familiarity and home that comes with being a long-term resident.

Five stars from me—not only because of the apartment itself, but because of the people who help make this community what it is. Kristina and Brian are valuable assets to Prairie Lakes, and their dedication and professionalism deserve to be recognized.

“Put in a maintenance request and Jaxson came and fix our issue right away and then proceeded to follow up with us. He then also went ahead and fulfilled two other maintenance requests we had.”

“What I like about Strive Academy is that you’ll learn how to live independently, socialize with your roommates if you’re in a 2,3 or 4 person bedroom. You’ll also have a bedroom key for your room, a key fob for locking the main apartment door from the outside and a trail point pass at building 5 where there are two swimming pools, an indoor track upstairs, a stair master, exercise bikes, treadmills, two basketball gyms and group fitness classes from first semester to second semester. My classmates and I leave from the lobby which is first floor of Campusview Student Housing at 8:30am and arrive class at 8:45am but class starts at 9:00am Monday through Friday but Thursdays we have field trips.”
