This may be the worst bank I have ever been to. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone unless you are willing to be on hold for an hour.They push the unbanking machines on people.They didn't even submit my unauthorized web payment. If there was a way to give it zero stars, I would. Can't wait to close my account

Terrible customer service - incredibly frustrating to work with. Their automated phone system repeatedly hangs up on me. Moving to a different financial institution. Do not recommend.

Not a fan of the constant push to use the teller box (or whatever its called). Was the only person in there, 1 teller working and still had to use the box. I’ve been on the fence about switching my remaining accounts for a while, yesterday sealed the deal. Folks there are better credit unions out there that offer better loans, higher CD rates and still have a row of tellers to help you.

Save yourself the hassle!The first loan I got from them pre-covid was great. The process of working with them for a potential second was AWFUL. Went through two account execs - the first straight up lied to me. Once I found that out (only because I nagged and nagged and nagged), I asked for a second account exec who seemed great at first and then also just never responded to emails and wouldn't do what they said they were going to do. As soon as I can, I'll be transferring the loan I do have with them elsewhere.

Worked with Sam Leahy on my more complex than usual, cash out refinance and he was amazing to work with. The speed and efficiency that he worked on everything was refreshing compared to some of the other banks I’ve worked with. Would highly recommend.

Most locations have poor employees who treat customers very poorly. Some employees will sit there and choose favorites (watched it happen and happened to me) they will sit there and belittle you too.

I've gotten 2 car loans and a mortgage which the experience was great. Then I was working with Lizzie for a home equity loan and it was the most unpleasant experience. I would call up to 4 times a day after not getting replies to my emails for over a week.

Terrible! I’ve banked with them for 20 years. In the last year my account has been hacked at least 4 times for $1000 or more. Most recently 2 weeks ago and STILL haven’t had my money returned to me. Being told it’s being investigated. But yet no previsual credit has been applied like the other times.

I tried to get a mortgage though them. They said I was pre-approved. When I tried to get the pre-approval letter they ignored me. I emailed them more then once and went in. They never answered me. I have also had several fraudulent charges on my accounts and they haven't refunded me on any of it.

So happy I made the switch to CC from a traditional bank. They are so helpful, friendly, and always help me achieve my financial goals. This is great, especially since I run a small biz. Not to mention the chill lobby full of smiles and snacks. Ill never leave. ✌
