Someone hacked my Amazon account I was told by Veridian dispute team and stole my debit card number and used my debit card number to pay their Mint Mobile cell phone bill in California. I know this because Iowa has no Mint Mobile. I live in Iowa. Veridian told me they were reversing my dispute after issuing me a credit and therefore withdrawing $102 from my account for Mint Mobile and 2 other places even though they know I didn't use my card in California. Even though they issued me a new debit. Even though they know I have T mobile. They told me to file a police report and my dispute wouldn't be reversed. They lied. Then they told me their hands were tied. They told me to contact Mint Mobile or go through Small Claims court. Not how you treat a 30 year customer. If I could give a zero score I would. Lady on the phone was so rude.

Danny was a great loan advisor to work with. Very knowledgeable and was patient when explaining the terms of the loan and going through options. Highly recommend Danny at the Hy-vee branch.PS. We came 20 min before close and he was more than willing to stay a bit longer and help us out!

I liked this bank up until I had to dispute charges that were fraudulent on my account. Someone hacked my Apple Pay and charged my bank account $1400. And I made a dispute with them and they sent me an email 3 days later saying they basically couldn’t do anything. And that there were no errors. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m very disappointed with this bank.

This is the best place to trust your money with. Each employee is so friendly and willing to help you with a smile every time. Rachel has been a joy to talk with even before I had my account with them (I work for Hy-Vee) and I was pleased that it was her who helped me open my accounts.I also love that I can do business with them on Sundays. I can tell you that this is convenience has been a life saver once or twice!I fully recommend using Veridian- especially the North Ankeny Boulevard Hy-Vee location.

I wouldn’t give any stars..... my dad who is a 97 year old WWII vet asked me to get $10 bills for 3 - $20 bills. I was in HyVee so on my way out I stopped at the bank and asked them to make this exchange. The teller asked if I had a Veridian account and when I told him no, he said he couldn’t make the exchange. Since when have things changed so drastically that you can’t get cash exchanged for cash AT A BANK! I was speechless. So much for customer service.

If you want to wait in the drive up line for over 20 minutes, if you want to be caller 18, if you want an on line banking system designed by a third grader, if you want to do business where all of the executives and managers are inaccessible, this is the place for you. Yesterday I was told that if I was not happy I should go to another bank, after 60 years, I am taking them up on that offer (oh for the good old JDCU days)
